This is a couple days late but CONGRATULATIONS to Katie and Dylan on the arrival of their sweet new baby girl, Avery. She is a cutie!
I have been so close to jumping in the car the last couple of days to drive to Logan to see her, but since I am due in a couple of weeks, I figured I better stick around.
Can't wait to meet her soon, though!

We are excited to have them as our new neighbors. This neighborhood can use some young blood! I love the name "Avery". So adorable. Congrats to you!
