Usually Claire is content to just sit and observe. I have been commenting to Clark lately how she is such a quiet baby--she is very social and will smile all day but doesn't babble or 'talk' a whole lot.
However, we've discovered one thing that will usually get her talking: the piano.
It's pretty much the only thing so far that gets a response like this from her.
It's almost like she tries to sing along.
I. love. it.
Even better, the girl has taste!
Apparently, she prefers Debussy.
(apologies for the out-of-tuneness/loudness/and general sloppiness of the song. It kind of just sounds like mush.)

Luke, on the other hand--not so enthusiastic:
"Don't play the song!"
His priorities are a bit different!

Oh my that is the cutest! And the piano sounded great!
That was so awesome! I love the squealing and that is so funny that Luke doesn't want you to play the song. I love that piece and you sounded fabulous playing it. Someday I will learn that one.
I love that the music moves her. Maybe if you found a song that sounded like a train, Luke would dig it? I remember he didn't like your oboe either when he was just a babe.
